Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using All Jharkhand Driver Trade Union, a drive union platform operated by All Jharkhand Driver Trade Union ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Union Membership
- Voluntary Membership
- The member is joining the union voluntarily. No pressure, force, or inducement has been given.
- Personal Responsibility
- The union will not be responsible for any personal mistake, crime, accident, challan, or legal case of the member.
- Compliance with Law
- The member must follow all laws of the Government of India, State Government, traffic rules, and the Motor Vehicles Act.
- Discipline & Conduct
- In the name of the union, the member shall not engage in:
- Illegal strikes
- Vandalism
Threats
Road blockades
Obstruction of government work
Violation may result in automatic cancellation of membership.
5️⃣ No Misuse of Union Name
The member shall not use the union’s name, banner, ID card, or position for personal gain, illegal activities, or political purposes.
6️⃣ Instructions of Office Bearers
The member must follow lawful written or verbal instructions issued by authorized union officials.
7️⃣ Membership Fee
The membership fee once paid is non-refundable and will be used for union activities only.
8️⃣ Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, the decision of the union’s executive committee shall be final and binding.
9️⃣ Accuracy of Information
If any document or information provided by the member is found to be false, the membership may be cancelled.
🔟 Legal Authority of Union
The union reserves the right to terminate membership at any time without assigning any reason.
1️⃣1️⃣ Inactive Membership / Non-Payment
If a member remains inactive in union activities for a continuous period of three (3) months, or fails to pay the membership fee within the prescribed time, the membership shall be automatically cancelled (Auto Cancel).
In such a case, the member shall have no right to claim, object, or seek a refund of any fee.
